　　The semi-automatic peeling machine is designed to process wire bundles and cables with a cross-sectional area of 32 – 6 AWG (0.03-16mm2). The flexibility and versatility of the machine can even help you to process some special cables.

　　Schleunager has a complete product range, from semi-automatic single machine to fully automatic assembly line. We can do various types of wiring harness, stripping or cutting. These harness types include single harness, coaxial cable, glass and plastic optical fiber cable, flat cable and multi-core cable.

　　1、加工时与线材不接触，无加工应力，不会扯断内部线芯（刀具剥线时需一头固定，另一头牵引，通过一定的拉力将外层材料去除，容易导致线芯被扯断）。

　　2、剥线更干净、无残留，无损伤（针对不同线材选择适合的激光器；CO2激光只会对非金属层起作用，YAG激光只对金属层起作用） 3、操作更容易（工人操作时不需要考虑过切或是牵引力过大会引起内部线芯断裂等因素，对工人的技能要求不高；电脑参数化控制，产品质量不会受到工人技能、情绪等因素的影响）。
