镁牺牲阳极阴极保护：是将电位更负的金属与被保护金属连接，并处于同一电解质中，使该金属上的电子转移到被保护金属上去，使整个被保护金属处于一个较负的相同的电位下。
特点：该方式简便易行，不需要外加电源，很少产生腐蚀干扰。
应用：保护小型或处于低土壤电阻率环境下（土壤电阻率小于100欧姆.米）的金属结构。如：城市管网、小型储罐等。

一、辅助阳极安装
1、辅助阳极接线、密封
在土壤介质中，常用高硅铸铁做辅助阳极。
高硅铸铁辅助阳极密封步骤：
（1）将辅助阳极工作表面清理干净，除去阳极接头配件发浮绣，露出金属光泽。
（2）用铜焊或锡焊及螺栓连接方式将导线接在阳极接头配件上。
（3）辅助阳极与导线连接处，应确保连接牢固。导电性能良好。
（4）将固化剂和环氧树脂按比例调配均匀，在接头处涂抹及灌封，防止接线处渗水，做好绝缘密封处理。待环氧树脂固化后，按操作规程安装辅助阳极。

二、镁阳极与管道焊接

铝热焊的文字说明

1、首先要把管道的防腐层破坏一块,和铝热模具大小一样的长方形口

2、把镁阳极包上面的电缆线放在铝热焊模具下面的缺口处，在把模具放在管道上，模具盖打开能看到电缆，将小铁片碗形朝上放在模具底部

3、焊接分大包小包，先倒大包焊剂，在把小的引火粉均匀的倒在上面，顺便在模具点火口的边沿到点，然后把模具盖盖住

4、用点在磨具口点火，（点火时注意带手套，脸不要直视点火口，用钳子压住模具盖）瞬间点燃，电缆线与管道焊接成一个铜疙瘩，焊接的非常牢固

5、然后用补伤棒将伤口填平

6、用火加热补伤片，让补伤片紧贴上口，将伤口补住
