分割器，在機械工程上又稱凸輪分割器、間歇性分割器、凸輪分度器、高速精密間歇分割器、滾子式凸輪分度機構。它是一種高精度的回轉裝置。同時在當前自動化的要求下，各種多工位元組合機床、機床加工中心、壓力機、電光源設備、自動送料機、印刷機械、食品包裝機械、制藥機械、玻璃陶瓷機械等顯得尤為重要。

1926年，美國機械師福克森（FERGUSON）於1926年生產出靠前臺凸輪分割器,後來凸輪分割器又稱福克森。

1970年，JAPAN SANKYO SEISAKUSHO CO(三共)推出了亞洲靠前臺分割器。

1976年，TAN TZU中国台湾潭子精密機械股份有限公司推出靠前臺分割器。

1990年SKD臺中縣賽福動力精密機械有限公司推出靠前臺高速精密間歇分割器。

2010年ENTRUST臺北縣新莊市殷敬精密工業有限公司靠前臺高速精密間歇分割器。

2009年BOSS TAN TZU CAM中国台湾博森凸輪科技因客戶需求在大陸推出進口配件組裝靠前高速精密凸輪分割器。

平板共軛凸輪式分割器

PU50DS

內含二片固定在入力軸的板型凸輪以及隨凸輪傳動的滾子轉塔出力軸，此分割器有平行共軛凸輪的機構設計，藉由接合於入力軸上的二片板形凸輪轉動而傳動滾子轉塔旋轉而達成出力軸分度的功能，供給節距較大的輸送帶傳動或用於停留時間較長的間歇分度。另有三片式重負荷型式，更適合一些快速且長節距的輸送，並且停留時間亦比二片式長。

PU50DS

It consists of 2 plate cams fixed to the input shaft and a spider that supports the cam follower to the output shaft. This indexing drive has a plane cam mechanism designed so that the follower contacting the 2 plate cams on the input side serves to transmit rotation to the spider of the output shaft. Best suited for driving conveyors moving at large feed pitches or for intermittent indexing that stops at comparatively long intervals. The another is 3 plate cams designed as heavy load type. It more suits for conveyor rapid moving, stop at more long intervals and larger feed pitches.
